I had a bad dream sometime on Tuesday night that I had an awful strain of sore throat that was related to some even worse sickness…then I woke up with a sore throat on Wednesday morning! Bummer.

I have a tendency to try to suck up physical ailments, but this time didn’t prove to be successful. I felt worse and worse in the day on Wednesday, and my throat felt worse and worse even though I was drinking water throughout the day, and not running around too much.

Wednesday after eating dinner, I promptly plopped on the couch, which is unusual…by nighttime I was feeling quite sick. Thursday I just slept around the clock and even though my sore throat was going away, I was hot all over! 🙁 Praise God today I am feeling better, after something like 20 hours of sleep yesterday. I was thinking about in-patients at the hospital…how miserable must they be for being bedridden for far longer than I was!

I am still feeling weak and not able to do a bunch of stuff, but I am okay enough to make myself some simple breakfast! Feeling hungry for something to eat is also a good sign of my recovery. YAY!
